Organic Medium Roast Oolong Tea

Our medium roast oolong tea has undergone a moderate level of oxidation and roasting, resulting in a unique flavor profile that is both floral and toasty. The tea leaves are harvested from Camellia sinensis tea plants and processed by withering, rolling, and oxidizing before they are roasted.
